Hello, I’m Ali! 👋

I am a UX designer with a background in marketing and engineering. I studied chemical engineering at UCLA but found that I wanted a career that was more creative and people-driven. Marketing began to fill that niche: I loved discovering what drives customer behavior. It wasn’t until I found UX though that I landed at my true passion. Creating digital products that delight users is what I love most.

I’ve lived in Bahrain, the UK, the US and now Canada. Moving through different cultures has granted me a unique outlook on the world, which I aim to integrate into my work.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to electronic music and collecting vinyl records. Otherwise, I’m probably keeping up with my Goodreads Reading Challenge. I love reading memoirs and books about tech and pop culture.

Having recently graduated from the Multimedia Design and Development program at Humber College in Toronto, I am pursuing an entry-level role in UX design to apply my skills and contribute to innovative projects. I am confident that I can make a strong contribution to your team.
